(1) Montany – difference between CrossFit as a training methodology (varied) and a Sport (linear)
(2) Mechanical & Metabolic Pain – knowing how to handle each and how much of each is appropriate
(3) Long-Term Consistency – can you perform your week of training sessions to the best of your ability and do that for 5-10 years
2 Physical Traits
(1) Strong – can they produce maximal contractions competitive with the Games field?
(2) Volume Tolerant – are they capable of recovering from volume and intensity?
