The mentorship program is an intensive program where you will be guided through our educational resources by the head coach & owner of ZOAR Fitness, Ben Wise.
The 12-Week Curriculum Includes:
Weeks 1-2: Movements: Teaching, Correcting & Cueing Movements
• Weightlifting, Gymnastics & Cyclical Movements
Weeks 3-4: Lifestyle Fundamentals
• Sleep, Stress & Sustenance
Weeks 5-6: Training Qualities
• Maximizing Strength, Developing Density, Building an Engine
Weeks 7-8: Program Design
• Planning an athlete’s season, developing limiters, using training templates, programming for groups
Weeks 9-10: Demands of the Sport
• Open & Games Programming Breakdown, Crafting MetCons
Weeks 11-12: Mindset
• Competition & Game Day Guide
*the curriculum is dynamic and will be adjusted based on your unique goals (remote coach, group classes & programming, competitive athletes vs. general fitness, etc.)
*the mentorship program includes full access to Pro for 16 weeks, as well as other resources exclusive to ZOAR coaches
You will walk through 6 in-depth topics that will be covered on a bi-weekly basis.
After each topic, you will have a 60 minute call (6 Hours in Total) with your mentor to discuss each topic in detail.
After the mentorship, you will be equipped with the skills to coach more clients in less time, while simultaneously increasing the effectiveness of your coaching and program design.
